Beginning the week of March 15th, we have a couple of class schedule changes as well as the addition of a new class.
Charlotte’s beginner Pilates Mat class on Monday morning’s at 9:30am will be moving to Tuesday’s at 10:45am. Charlotte’s Vinyasa Power Flow held on Monday evenings at 6pm will be moving to Wednesday evenings at 6pm.
We are excited to add a brand new class to the schedule. Cardio-Kickboxing will begin on Monday, March 23rd at 9:30am. This 45-minute class will be taught by John Turnbull. John has been a loyal member of Core Dynamics since 2007. He is a 7th degree black belt in traditional Japanese Shotokan karate. John has been training and competing for 45 years in karate and jujitsu. He brings his special style of Karate to the fitness world at Core Dynamics.
Cardio-Kickboxing is the intersection of aerobics and martial arts. This full-body, up-tempo workout will target core strength, balance and stability, coordination, stamina and oxygen uptake.
